ZERO FOXTROT – Veteran Owned Company Gift Idea for Veterans and Military

I mentioned in a previous post about Zero Foxtrot that my hubby is a veteran of the Iraq War and Kosovo.  He served 6 years in the army. My husband also has a sense of humor. He discovered Zero Foxtrot about a year or so ago.  He loves it. For his birthday, Father’s day, and now Christmas he usually has at least one thing from Zero Foxtrot on his list.

Zero Foxtrot is a US Marine veteran owned and operated company. “We provide unique products that reflect the old school vintage military lifestyle”.  My husband found one of his favorite mugs on the site with some old military humor for Operation Iraqi Freedom” which he was a part of.

Their mugs are heavy quality mugs handmade in the US. They are oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. My husband actually has several Zero Foxtrot mugs because he likes them so much.

They also have a Zero Foxtrot Mystery Box on the site. It says it includes new and never before seen products. At $67 a box I wondered if it’s worth the price. We got one and boy, is it ever! It was packed full of Zero Foxtrot items.

The skull with the ZF is their logo so you see it on a lot of their items. I’m gonna try to name everything that was in the box but there was so much.  A drawstring bag, a car flag, several Zero Foxtrot stickers, a bottle opener, a T-shirt, a baseball hat, a coffee sample, a velcro patch, a death card, and a couple wrist bracelets. Honestly the shirt and the hat if you were to buy them would be nearly $50 so you get your moneys worth from the box.

My hubby LOVED the black on black Zero Foxtrot hat.  That was the first thing he focused on out of the box.

I bought hubby a Zero Foxtrot hoodie and he’s been wearing it every day since I got it for him. It’s really thick and warm. Quality made, you’re NOT getting cheaply made stuff with Zero Foxtrot.

I wanted to tell you that this post is NOT sponsored. My hubby truly enjoys this company. I wanted to include it in my holiday guide for ideas for veterans and military people (They have women’s items too). Honestly my dad was never in the military but he got a kick out of a lot of stuff on the site referencing some of his favorite old movies like Kelly’s Heroes.  I’m sponsoring a giveaway to Zero Foxtrot just to get the word out about this great company.

Veteran Owned Company: ZERO FOXTROT

My husband served in the army for 6 years. He is a veteran of the Iraq War and Kosovo. My husband does have some PTSD from his time in the military. Some of the things he’s witnessed…we’ve been married for 8 1/2 years, Been together for 11 1/2 years. I’ve known him most of my life (he grew up near me) but if i heard a story about his time in the military it was usually about living quarters, the heat, what they did for fun, interesting stories, rarely the bad ones. Then one day he had a moderate PTSD episode and began telling me stories I never heard before. Things that…as someone just hearing the story, not experiencing it myself…gave me a tightness in my chest and a sense of…how does someone keep it together as well as he had all there years after experiencing that?

I tell you this story with my husband’s permission because our veterans need to be honored, remembered, and respected every day. Not just veterans day. And that’s why I’m happy to patron a veteran owned company.

Veteran Owned Company Zero Foxtrot

ZERO FOXTROT is a site my husband found. He wrote me a Christmas list last year that included a few items off the site. That was after he had already bought himself a few items.  He just loves their mugs. I had bought him a mug for father’s day this year and he uses it all the time.

A word of warning, it’s not for the easily offended. They do use the “F” bomb, have some dark humor, and military humor.  Honestly, that’s another reason why my husband loves it though. They have lots of items: bottle openers, shirts, hats, posters, metal signage, and even coffee.

If you’re looking for a veteran owned business to patron or have an active military or veteran on your holiday gift list, you should check out ZERO FOXTROT also if you use any of the links in the post you will receive 10% off your first order!
