Within in the 2 week time frame of using Multiforce every night I only had one instance of mild heartburn. For me I normally have moderate heartburn 2-3 times a week. I also felt a lot less bloated. I actually had someone comment to me that I looked like I lost weight in my stomach. That made me feel good. All this time I thought I had a gut seems I was just always bloated. Of course, I have ulcerative colitis so that does happen.

Warm Summer Nights and Iced Tea with Swiss Premium

I’ve spent many summer nights relaxing on my front porch with glass of iced tea, condensation forming on my glass. Warm summer nights with a citronella candle burning to keep the bugs away. Then at the end of our day comes the relaxing on the front porch that I love so much. I find myself on the front porch myself sometimes relaxing, unwinding from a long day. My kids will often find me and join me. I’ll pour them a cold drink to enjoy and we’ll just talk about life, things we wanna do this summer, etc. Whatever comes to mind, It’s a great way to connect.
