Fingerlings are on many list for one of the predicted hot holiday toys for 2017.  They’ve been selling out on Amazon, Toys R’ Us and other sites. Surely the really coveted ones closer to the holiday will be the glitter Fingerlings that are being released Nov 20, 2017.

You can now pre-order the pink glitter Fingerlings on Amazon. It might be a good idea too since many sites are comparing Fingerlings to the Hatchimals fiasco of the 2016 holiday season.  I’m not going to lie, I already bought one each for my two youngest children and one extra in case a friend gets in a fix. Otherwise it will be donated to a local toy drive.

Toys R’ Us are also the only ones that have unicorn Fingerlings. Unfortunately they released them on their website and sold out in 1 day! I got on the notification list but now I can’t even find them on the site at all!

It’s had to tell if some of the rumors of Hot Holiday toys this early are real or hype sometimes.  I’ve seen good indicators that this rumor might be true.

Fingerlings is a little monkey that clings to your finger. It’s supposed to make sounds, react to different different things, comes in several different colors, and is a more affordable toy.  The rumor is that these Fingerlings toys are supposed to be one of the “Must Have toys” for the holidays this year.

Amazon is sold out of them right now. Fingerings are available on Amazon but not directly through Amazon, only through other sellers. And most of these sellers have already doubled the price.  That’s good indicator #1.  #2 Toys R Us has them right now for regular $14.99 price but they already put a limit of 2 per person on them.  Another good indicator they’re expecting this to be a Hatchimals situation.

So don’t delay and be in desperation mode at Christmas time.  This weekend TopCashBack is offering $3 cash back when you spend $10 on just about anything online.  If you use TopCashBack to shop Toys R Us you’ll get $3 back on that $14.99 purchase. That’s what I did. I got one Fingerling for each of my two youngest children.

Fresh Christmas Trees and More Delivered – Review

Hilltop Christmas Tree Farms has been in business for 20 years. Located in New Brunswick Canada, they produce fragrant Fraser and Balsam fir trees. These are the two most popular types of Christmas trees. They want customers in both Canada and the US to enjoy their trees.

I actually received a fresh wreath from Hilltop Christmas Tree Farms. The wreath I received is a 24 inch Balsam wreath. I was able to choose the bow and went with the Tartan color.

If I’m to be honest I’ve never had a fresh tree or wreath my whole life.  Even now we use an artificial tree and wreaths not made from real trees.  I didn’t know what to expect.  How would they ship it? What would it look like? Will it last from the time I received it until Christmas?

A nice sized box arrived from Hilltop Christmas Tree Farms.

The wreath was perfect inside. There were a few loose needles in the box and the box needed a little fluffing but the wreath was so full and fragrant. I decided to hang it on the door that most people use to enter our home.

It’s a very full wreath and sticks out from the door. Easily noticeable.  The wreath has a nice scent.  The bow is pretty.  I like a BIG bow on my wreaths though.  I’d like to see a little bigger wreath but I do like that fact that you get to choose from several bow options when ordering.
