Gamestop Holiday Hub Page – Did You Know They Have Layaway & Gift Givers Guarantee?

Please Share

GameStop is almost unavoidable for my family around the holidays. My dad, my husband, my 3 boys….all gamers. So maybe it’s a new game, a new controller, a gift card, controller grips, whatever I’m usually spending some money there.

GameStop, Inc.

GameStop holiday hub page is up and running with information like:

  • shipping deadline countdown (can you believe it!) for each type of shipping
  • Their 2019 Gift Guide (In case you’re not sure what’s hot this year)
  • Store pick up info
  • Gift Cards
  • Layaway info (Did you know they had lay-a-way? I didn’t)
  • Gift Givers Guarantee Info (Again, had no idea this was a thing!)

So circling back to the Layaway thing. It’s zero fee layaway. So maybe your want to get your kids a game system or a turtle beach headset but don’t have all the funds right now. No problem just put it on layaway to pay a chunk at a time.

The Gift Givers Guarantee is shocking to me especially since I’m an early Christmas shopper. My middle son (teenager) has a birthday a week before Christmas so I always hope no one goes and buys him something I already got him for Christmas. But if they do, it’s nice to know about this guarantee.

Added savings tips:

Every Wednesday and Saturday you they offer a new “Deal of the Day” with up to 65% off a certain product!

Also PowerUp Rewards lets you earn points with each dollar spent. It’s free. Or pay $14.99 a year for the Platinum Rewards Pro to earn more back on trade ins, special Pro Day deals, and 10% off pre-owned games and accessories. I’ve found this actually pays for itself just with holiday shopping savings.
