Tall, ceramic Egyptian cats could stand guard by the television or door, representing their holy status in the eyes of the Egyptians.
Golden Accents
Adding gold to the room is much easier than one might think. As a matter of fact, it’s as easy as a can of spray paint and old junk items! Picture frames, old lamps, coat racks, accent tables, decorative dishes, candles, and figurines can all be spray painted gold. They can then be up-cycled as new decor, rather than buying all new accessories for the room. Gold is very important when outfitting an Egyptian styled home.
