Two Bunnies Crafts pendant review and giveaway
Two Bunnies Crafts Shop is a new on Etsy. The artist, Danielle, makes jewelry, water colour paintings, cards, and stationary. Quite the crafty one.
Right now in her Two Bunnies Crafts Etsy shop she has the cutest little wife nest pendants. Each wire nest pendant can be custom made. You can choose the bead colors and the wire color for your nest. I chose to have one made with copper wire for the next. I requested a bigger pink bead to represent me and 3 small blue beads to represent my 3 boys. I thought it turned out so cute.

I have a bad habit with my jewelry. When I put a piece on whether it’s my earrings or my necklaces (not so much with my bracelets and rings). I leave them on all the time. I wear them to sleep and I even shower in them sometimes. I know that’s supposed to be a big no no but I do. I’ve work my pendant for about 5 days in a row now. The chain is my own. The pendant is well made. The beads are definitely not going anywhere. I have a physical job and it’s held up very well. I purposely didn’t point out the necklace to anyone. I wanted to see if people would notice it and what they would say.
One of my coworkers commented on it the first day she worked with me. She said “You necklace is cute. A little bird’s nest.” I told her that I got it from an Etsy shop called Two Bunnies Crafts and it was custom made. I told her what the beads represented to me.
So many meaning for this. I could be great for mother or grandmothers. You could think about putting two big beads in there for a couple or anniversary. Choose your favorite colors and make it your own. Or get one of her cute ready made ones just because…well darn it… they’re cute.
This is another one of my favorites from Two Bunnies Crafts, this one would be cute for anyone. Another nice detail as that each pendant is only $15!

Natural Gemstones review and giveaway
Different Gemstones can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people. Semi-precious stones like Citrine, Peridot, Aquamarine, etc could represent a birthday or each once could represent a child in a Mother’s Day ring.
In some cultures different stones can even show meaning. For example green jade can be a wish of good luck. In the US most of us know what solitary diamond ring is for. There was recently a story about why Mark Zuckerberg bought a ruby engagement ring for his fiance (now wife).
I’ve also even heard that each month has a 2 different stones: a precious and a semi-precious. For instance, I’m an October baby. I always knew my birthstone was an Opal, but I noticed that a lot of birthstone jewelry had my stone represented as a pink stone. My parents went to get me Birthstone Jewelry one time as a gift, they were told the pink stone is actually pink Tourmaline. That’s when we were first told about each month having 2 stones from a jeweler.
I’m a bit of a jewerly nut though. I like anything that sparkles. I don’t just wear my birthstone, I also wear my husbands, and my children’s. I thought, why stop there? I’d like to have something in many different stones.
I received a loose 1.7 carat natural Citrine gemstone with an antique cushion cut. Citrines are one of November’s birthstone, I’ve also seen it listed as Topaz. I had a choice of a few gemstones but I actually didn’t own a Citrine yet. I’m debating on what I want to do with it. Will it be a ring? A pendant? Or perhaps embedded into a bangle bracelet? So many ideas. What do you think?

Zaggora Viva Hotpants Review Week 1 and Giveaway!
Here it is, one week since I started my 2 week trial of my new Zaggora Viva Hotpants. I’ve made an honest effort to get in my three 30 minute workouts this week.
The first full day of my challenge, I was on the treadmill. 5 minutes of running (I know I’m pathetic but I’ve never been a runner) then 10 minutes of power walking. Then I did 2 set of 50 crunches and I also did some booty exercises.

The next day I just wore them when I got home from work to do my house cleaning and chasing after my toddler. I also wore them to my sons soccer game under my jeans. It’s been chilly in my area in PA the last week.
Skip forward to Sunday. I woke up before everyone else. I decided instead of driving to the local newstand to get my coupon papers that I’d walk but first I had to stop at the bank. So I jogged to the bank’s ATM, then walked to the news stand and back to my house. A solid 30 minute walk. Where I live here in PA there a lot of steep hill in my town too. I was sweating by the time I got back.
Monday the kids had off of school. When I got home from work I decided I was going to take them to a local playground but we were all going to walk. Then I told them we’d walk to a local convenience store and I’d treat them all to a Slush puppy. Everything was going alright until we were half way to the convenience store and it started pouring down rain. Luckily we were only a few blocks from our house at that point so we high tailed it back home and I had to drive us to the store but we still got a solid 45 minutes of activity between the walking and the playground.
Tues and Wed. I work my hot pants under my work scrubs. I have a very active job. I’m an Occupational Therapy Assistant at a local trauma hospital. I’m walking with patients, lifting patients, and doing exercises right along with them. I also continued to wear my Viva Hotpants under my clothes to my boys’ soccer games this week. I did 10 minutes on the treadmill today, 2 sets of 50 crunches, and some more bum exercises. I also did some cleaning in them.
Ok after all that, it’s time for the moment of truth for week 1 of the Zaggora 2 week challenge.
First my belly measurement after week 1. I’m at 33 and 1/4″ pre-challenge I was at 34 exactly so I did lose a little there.
The my bum measurement for week 1. I’am at 39 and 1/2″ this number stayed exactly the same as the pre-challenge.
Then there’s my Right thigh measurement. Measuring at 22 and 1/4″ Pre-challenge I was at 22 and 1/2″ so a very slight loss there.
