Zubels Lil’ Dimples Hand Crochet Dolls

My 2 yr old daughter just loves her stuffed animals and dolls. She has plenty of big stuffed animals and baby dolls but those don’t travel as well. For car rides and outings I prefer to take a smaller toy. As long as she has something, she’s happy. Zubels Lil’ Dimples hand crochet dolls are so cute and a perfect travel size doll or stuffed animal for her.

Each of the Zubles Lil’ Dimples are hand crocheted. They are 4 inches long. They get their name “lil’ dimples” because the crochet technique kind of makes them look like they have dimples like a golf ball. There are so many cute designs. Personally I love the mermaid or crab. We received the Triceratops to review which was equally as cute as the rest. I received the Lil’ Dimples just a few days before Easter and thought it would make a cute addition to my daughter’s Easter basket.

My daughter searched for her Easter basket and did a pretty good job this year considering she’s only just turned 2. She had fun searching through her Easter basket. She was surprisingly excited about her socks lol.

She went through her basket wanting to taste some of the candy in it, excited over her socks. She pulled out the Zubels Lil’ Dimples Triceratops and had to show it to me. She was asking me what it was. I told her and she was trying to say it.

I tried to get a close up of the Lil’ Dimples Triceratop several times but my daughter kept taking it from me mid-picture and carrying it around. The hand crochet job is very good. Very tight, no stray ends. It does kind of look like dimples on a golf ball.

Lil’ Dimples also have a small crochet loop on the back so you can clip it to a stroller, diaper bag, backpack, or whatever. Zubels Lil’ Dimples are made from 100% cotton.

Since the first time I tried Purex Crystals a few years ago, I’ve been a fan. I love adding fragrance where I can. My two oldest boys are involved in many sports. I was always a fan of the crystal form. I liked how I could just measure it in the cap and pour it right into the washer. Then I was recently in a coupon group. Someone had asked about the Purex Crystals. I was surprised to see that a few people said the crystals didn’t dissolve the whole way. I never experienced that myself but I don’t know..maybe different water types or something. Anywho, I was thinking this new liquid form would probably be the ticket for them. The scent is still amazing. Purex Crystals ScentSplash comes in Fresh Spring Water, Sweet Lavender, and Fresh Mountain Breeze. I received a sample in the Fresh Spring Waters scent which I really enjoyed using. The scent is very fragrant. It carries over well even after going through the dryer and the laundry being folded in a drawer for a couple days.

Dial Miracle Oil Hand Soap with Marula Oil

Marula Oil seems to be the “it” oil right now. You can find it popping up in lots of beauty and body products and for good reason. It’s rich in antioxidants and oleic acid. I did a review only a few weeks ago on the Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash. Dial has brought the same idea to hand soap.

I work in a hospital so to say I wash my hands often would be an understatement. We are supposed to wash our hands or use an anti-bacterial foam our hospital provides before going in to see a patient then do the same after seeing a patient unless our hands are visibly soiled then we have to use soap and water (the foam is no longer an option but who wouldn’t want to wash with soap and water right?) While all that hand washing is necessary it can really do a number on my hands. Especially in the winter time when my hands are already dry. At home I still wash my hands frequently (after diaper changes, while before and after cooking dinner, etc). I have a choice at home with which hand soaps I use so I try to choose something with a moisturizing property to it.

Dial Miracle Oil hand soap contains Marula oil. Marula oil does help hydrate skin but also is high in antioxidants and oleic acid according to Marula.org. If I can do the hand washing I need to do and moisturize, I’m all for it.

The soap is the typical Dial liquid soap consistency which I like. This hand soap has a very pleasant fresh scent to it. After changing diapers you can imagine that is a desirable effect with a hand soap as well. It lathers well and you don’t need a lot to get the job done. The convenient pump bottle also has a stylish design so it doesn’t look like an eye sore sitting on my newly decorated bathroom. I had my husband give this a try to to see what he thought.

So I ask my husband how it worked and he said “good”. So I stare at him for a minutes and look at his hands. They looked clean. I felt his hands and they felt a little softer than usual. My hubby has your typical “man hands”.
