I received the below mentioned product as part of the Purex Insiders.  No other compensation has been received. Giveaway coupons supplied by Purex Insiders.

Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash is the newest addition to the Dial body wash family.  Dial Miracle Oil body wash uses Marula oil.  It uses a “micro oil technology” for a clean rinsing lather.  I had heard of Marula oil before but hadn’t really looked into it much.  I don’t think I ever used a product with Marula oil in it before this either.  So I wanted to look it up.

According to Marula.org, Marula oil comes from Marula trees in Africa.  “It is rich in antioxidants and oleic acid..”  I’ve heard over and over again about what antioxidants can do for the skin.  As someone who is bothered with very dry skin in the winter time, I was anxious to give this body wash a try. I try to use some type of moisturizing soap in the winter along with a good body lotion.

The body wash has a translucent orange color to it.  It has a perfume-like scent to it but I can’t really put my finger on what it smells like exactly.  When I dispensed it onto my loofah it didn’t really didn’t look much different then any other body wash I’ve tried before.  It’s kind of hard to see it since I have a bright pink loofah but I took a picture.

As I was washing it didn’t really feel any different than any other body wash.  It lathered well, it smelled nice, it cleaned well. I’ll tell you where I noticed a difference was when I was out of the shower and dressed.  I told you I have dry itchy skin in the winter.  I realized I wasn’t itching.  I didn’t feel the need to go straight to my body wash.  With other (non-moisturizing) body washes I couldn’t wait to get lotion on my body for some relief.  This one really did help to appease my skin.

  1. This sounds like such a great product, I have never used Marula Oil before and I have actually never heard of it before today. I have tried a few other oils, though.

  2. Nope, never used anything with Marula oil in it. I’ve actually never heard of it, until this body wash.

  3. Marula oil? Haven’t heard of it before now… it’s hard to keep track of all these trendy oils.

  4. no I have not used this oil or anything made with it, but it sounds like could be a good thing
