It’s amazing how much cameras and camcorders have evolved over the years. When I was just a tiny girl my grandfather had some type of camcorder. I don’t remember what it actually looked like but I remember him setting up this movie screen type thing in the living room and he had a projector and rolls of film he’d set up. He’d call everyone into the living room to watch the film he captured from birthday parties or holidays. Then I remember him getting another camcorder down the road it was huge. He had to set it on his shoulder to take video. My parents got one like it eventually too. It recorded on VHS tapes. Then I remember going on field trips as a girl and taking my 10 mm camera with me. I would sometimes be disappointed when I’d have to wait a week for my pictures then get them only to find some of the pics didn’t turn out.
