All Things Christmas and More Has Battery Powered Lights Too

I received the below mentioned products in order to complete an honest review.  Any opinions expressed are my own.

It never fails, bring out the Christmas decorations and find out this string of lights doesn’t work, some ornaments are broke, you can’t find a certain thing you’re looking for, and realize your tree toppers has seen it’s better days.  Well maybe not all at once but there’s usually at least that one or two things you discover right?  I know I do.  We have a tree that was given to us by my husband’s step-grandparents. Our angel tree topper was beautiful but she officially quit on us last year.  I nearly forgot we needed a new topper.

AllThingsChristmasandmore.com has tons of tree toppers, lights, bells, and other things to help deck your halls.  I decided I wanted to go with a star topper this time.  I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but still wanted something to look nice.  I ended up choosing the 16 inch Gold Star tree topper from AllThingsChristmasandmore.com.  I had never used a topper that didn’t light up before.  I was worried I wouldn’t be thrilled with it.

It was carefully shipped.  It was in a flat box inside of a bigger box with some lights i had also ordered (I’ll talk about those in a minute).  The star fit perfectly on the top of our 6.5 ft tree.  It wasn’t too big or too small for our tree.  As soon as I turned the lights on on the tree the light hitting the glitter on the star really made it glow. I’m very happy with the star tree topper I got.

The other thing I ordered from AllThingsChristmasandMore.com was a 50 ct set of multi-colored battery operated Christmas lights.  My youngest son has been wanting me to put lights in his window in his bedroom.  The problem is that he has a small room and only has one outlet in his room which is on the opposite wall from his bed. When I saw the battery operated lights, I knew that was the answer.  A bit safer for his room too.

These lights are pretty cool.  You can turn them on solid or there is a flicker function which my son likes.  It also has the option to set a timer and have them kick on at a certain time which I think is pretty cool.
