As I learn more and more about ingredients in the products we use in and on our body, it’s kind of scary and sometimes even gross. Ironically I just read an article on Yahoo today titled “The 11 Scariest Things in Your Food” Seriously some of it is really gross and scary.
We should also consider what we’re putting on our body. From make up to sunscreens, body washes to shampoos some of them can be pretty harsh on our skin.
