How many times have you had a list of things to do but no energy to do it all?  I know I can say that at least 3 or 4 days a week.  Between working outside my home, running after a toddler, doing house work, and running my older two to their activities, I’m beat by the end of the day.  Not to mention trying to find some energy for my husband and trying to fight for my blogging time and leisure time.

The box in the picture has 6 individual packets.  My pack included the flavors: Citron, Tropic, and Teaberry.  I tried the Teaberry (pictured above) first.  You simply add one packet to 12-16 oz of water.  It mixed easily and did not leave a lot of residue at the bottom when I was finished.  It’s lightly sweetened and the flavor is very mild but pleasant.  After drinking the whole glass I did feel a little more peppy.  The package says you can drink it hot or cold.  I rather like it cold.
