Guria Beachwear was created in Brazil.  They offer a mix and match selection as well as 2 pieces that are already paired together in a variety of styles and colors.  You’ll see exclusive embellishments, hardware, textures, and marine inspired prints.  Each piece is rich in color and bohemian-chic style.  They offer style choices in American or Brazilian swimwear.

You can choose from different styles for the tops like triangles, halters, bandaus, and underwires. Guria Beachwear creates their swimwear with the customer in mind.  While other swimsuit companies often cap their top sizes off at a C-cup, Guria Beachwear can accommodate up to F cups for those needing large busted swimwear.  Tops, Bottoms, and Cover ups are available in size XS to XL.  For those that like to have a little less coverage they have a Brazilian bikini style too.

For me I hate bathing suit shopping.  I used to be a few sizes smaller than I am now. Even when I was smaller though I had one issue that I was always self conscience about.  I’m small chested.  For me, it always seemed like bathing suits were made for women with..well…boobs.  What can I say.  Often the bottoms would fit but the top was always a size or so too big and I used to get so frustrated.

What I love about Guria Beachwear is that you can buy the top and the bottom in different sizes and different styles.  Heck you can get 2 different colors if you want.  I have a small top and a bubble butt but I was able to piece together a swimsuit that fit me.

I chose the Sunset Orange Underwire Halter top and skirted bottom.

What I like about the skirted bottom is that you can leave it down in the skirt position as show just above or there are strings on each side that you can pull and tie to give it more of a ruched bikini bottom look like the blue bathing suit at the top.  This suit has 14K brushed gold slides on the straps that can be adjusted.  This suit is fully lined.  It is 95% Nylon and 5% spandex.  The bathing suit feels so soft and comfortable.  This is a very well made swimsuit.  This particular bathing suit is a bit pricey at $158 but finding the right fit for me takes a lot of stress and some of the self conscience thoughts from me.

I’m all kinds of excited about doing this review.  I know what you’re thinking, “Ang it’s just paper.”  To that I’d say, “You’re wrong.”  Sorry, but allow me to explain.

I’m a Pennsylvania girl so anytime I can support a PA company, I will definitely do that.  Roaring Spring Paper Products is located just an hours drive from me in Roaring Spring, PA.  Many of the products they provide are made in America.  They also offer a number of sustainable, green products as well.  Roaring Spring Paper Products is dedicated to making their business environmentally friendly.  They have reduced their landfill wast at the Pennsylvania manufacturing facility by 99%.  Way to go Roaring Spring paper!

Here’s is the great selection of Roaring Springs paper products I received to review from Shoplet.com.  Missing from the picture however is the Roaring Spring Wirebound Notebook–3 Subject.  It had a different color paper in each section: blue, pink, and purple, I believe.  As soon as I opened the box up and started pulling the contents out my oldest son grabbed the 3 subject notebook and said “Oh cool I need another notebook for school”.  How could I argue with that?

The first one I just have to tell you about is the little orange and white notebook you see in the bottom right of the picture above.  The notebook is cute looking and well made.  The pages are a bit more rough feeling than normal paper.  You could see the texture in each sheet of paper.

I didn’t tell you what kind of notebook this is though did I?   This is Roaring Spring Elephant Poo Poo Paper.  Yea you read that right.  I think this absolutely amazing.  It’s 100% recycled and odorless.  Made from Elephant poo!  Long story short, elephants eat lost of grass and don’t break it down well.  The poo has plenty of fiber and fiber is the base material to make paper.  So…..here it is.  I think this is a fantastic idea.  While I was busy being amazed by this product I thought, hmm there’s not a whole lot of elephants in PA.  That’s when I flipped it over and read that this product is actually made in Thailand. Ah, that makes sense. Great little note pads.

The next product I want to tell you about is the Roaring Spring Environotes Sugarcane Notebook.  Another genious and green idea.  This product is made in American and American Sustainable.  This notebook is actually made from sugarcane fiber.  It’s a 9.5″ X 6″ notebook.  This notebook is the perfect size to stick in a folder in your coupon binder, put in a larger purse, or take with you to take notes at a meeting.  It’s made from by-product of the sugarcane from the sugar-making process.  Sugarcane paper conserves over 60,000 acres of forestland every year which is a great number to hear.

The paper itself feel like regular lined paper to me.  I don’t notice much difference there.  The cover however, shows some of the fiberous qualities.

Roaring Spring Wire Bound Notebook–1 Subject is great for school, keeping track of your budget, taking notes or whatever you like.  Again this product is environmentally friendly.  This product is also made in America and is American recycled.  This particular notebook contains a minimum of 30% post-consumer waste.  It’s 80 sheets, college ruled.  11″ X 9″.

This notebook comes in several colors.  Mine, as you can see, is green, or “kermit” is the color they call it.  It also comes in aqua, flamingo, and plum.  The pages are actually colored to match too.

Shielo beauty products are cruelty free, sustainable, made in the USA,  vegan, and natural based. I think that first paragraph really says a lot about this company.  I had the opportunity to try one of their products.  The Shielo Visage Complexion Moisturizer. It comes in a 2 oz container.  To look at the packaging it doesn’t look like much but knowing what goes into it, means a whole lot more.  Or perhaps I should say what doesn’t go into it.

This product states to have anti-aging benefits. The ph helps blotchy skin and moisturizes without blocking pores.  It contains antioxidants and bioflavanoids.  This product really doesn’t have much of a scent.  Perhaps a very light baby powder like scent but it is barely noticable.  The cream itself is white and a thicker cream. I turned the container upside down and the cream really didn’t move much.

This cream worked very well as a moisturizer.  It left my skin feeling dewey and soft for hours after applying.  I would definitely recommend this moisturizer  Right now on on Shielo.com you can get the Shielo Visage Complexion Moisturizer for 50% off.
