I’m a coffee drinker and I do like my occasional Coca-cola. Unfortunately those to things contribute to a less the white smile for me. I’ve tried white strips, whitening toothpastes and mouth washes, and a couple other things. They all work fine. I had heard about using LED lighting though to accelerate the whitening process and had always wanted to try it.
Smile Brilliant offers just that in an easy to use home whitening kit with an LED light device.
The kit comes with a tube of whitening gel with an attached brush to paint the whitening gel on. It comes with a rubber mouth guard to put over your teetch and the LED light device, and an instruction sheet.
One thing I wanted to point out is that when you first open your kit it tells you about opening up your LED light device to remove a disc in order for it to work. Initially I wasn’t sure what they were talking about but I took the batteries out and it was underneath all the batteries. It was kind of hard to see at first but one you remove this and put the batteries back, you’re good to go.
It was easy to use the pen to brush the whitening gel onto my teeth. You have the option to use the LED light for 20-45 minutes. I was able to hold it in my mouth as I did other things. Admittedly, it looked kind of silly but if it works..
I used it for the minimum 20 minutes each time. It says you can continue to leave the whitening gel on with the mouth guard for additional time without the LED light if you prefer. I started to see subtle results after the first use. By the second use I definitely noticed a white smile.

This set has a vacuum seal which helps keep food fresh longer, saving you money in the long run. This 8 piece set is BPA free. It includes 8 pieces (4 lids, 4 containers) in nesting sizes. Easy to store.
I was in need of some good food storage containers. I had a few tupperware pieces I had got at a good deal. I also received a few pieces at my first wedding shower. They are easy to use. Put your left overs in the container, place the lid on top and lock the sides down, then push down on the center of the lids to get the vacuum seal. Another convenient feature of this set is the little dial on the vacuum seal release. It’s number 1-31 so you can set the date you first store food so you know exactly how long you’ve had your food in the fridge.
When you want to open the container just lift the release valve to let the air out of the container. I like that they are transparent also so you can see right away what is in your container. No guessing or anxiety about opening the container. They patented valve system is also designed to release when pressure builds up when used in the microwave.
These containers will sure come in handy for Thanksgiving and Christmas left overs. Of course I’ll use it for other meals’ left over too but we always have a lots of leftovers for the holidays. Ozeri also has a hassle-free warranty and customer service.
