So back in January I was determined to lose weight.  I had seen a bunch of my friends around me losing all this weight with the 21 Day Fix.  What I liked about it was everything was spelled out for you, recipes galore, no complicated or time consuming calorie counting.  One of my friends is a coach, an awesome coach. Been doing it for over a year and lost a lot of weight.  Tons of energy and always encouraging.

So I did it for 4 months. I lost 12 lbs and was feeling great. My family and I are headed to the beach his summer and I was determined to have that beach body (no pun intended). Then my depression kick up. It was bad. To the point that I could barely get myself out of bed in the morning much less do my exercises. I felt like everyone and everything was against me. Now regular ice cub tray ice cubes are not going to fit in here. These ice cubes are from the ice maker in my fridge. They’re more of an oblong shape. Crushed ice will, of course, fit.  I also made up a water bottle with some ice, a lime wedge, and some raspberries.  that worked out fine too.  Not gonna lie, I  had to use a spoon to help me get the lime wedge back out. In future uses I will probably cute the lime or lemon wedges thinner and just add a couple then.

These glass bottles are made well. The caps are stainless steel. The 6 pack comes with a bottle brush to make cleaning them easy.  The bottles are dishwasher safe but they recommend the caps be hand washed.

These bottles are a good choice for anyone worried about if plastic bottles are truly BPA free.
