I love my tech devices, my iphone, my Kindle Fire, my digital camera, etc.  My kids love their tech too. There are certain prime charging outlets in our house.  The ones that keep our devices up off the ground, out of reach of the baby, and so you don’t forget about them charging.  Probably the favorite charging place is the outlet right by my computer . We’ll all charge your devices there because they can sit on top of the printer and are convenient to get at.  The problem is everyone wants to use that outlet and of course it can take a few hours to charge some of the devices.  My boys have been known to unplug each others devices to charge their own, then arguments start.

RAVPower has the perfect solution for my family. RAVPower® Bolt 30W/6A 4-Port Rapid Charging Station   This chargers only uses one outlet but can charge up to 4 devices at a time. It can charge anything from our Kindle Fires, our iphones, the travel chargers I have, and more.  Pretty much if the charger you have has a usb plug on the other end you can charge it with this.

Blog 011This is one of our typical charging sessions lol.  2 Kindles, my iphone, and the travel charger (also a RAVPower product).  The RAVPower Bolt did a great job of charging all our devices.  It did not seem to effect the charging time of the devices at all.  I know I’m loving it because it’s definitely cut down on the arguments over “who unplugged my Kindle!” and “You can’t sit there and play on it while you’re charging it that’s not fair!”  Yep one happy mom here. The fact that this charger is available on Amazon right now for only $19.99 make it an even better deal!

RAVPower also sent me the RAVPower® Luster Cube 6000mAh Backup External Battery Pack Power Bank Charger  I love having these for the kids on road trips. They can take their kindles and rechargeable hand held gaming devices and use this to help extend the life of their battery.  I’ve seen and even used a number of power bank type devices but I honestly think this is one of the nicer looking ones I’ve seen.

Blog 009This back up power bank comes in 4 different colors.  When you received it, you also get a bag to store it in and of course an instruction booklet.  You can charge charge this device several different ways either through an outlet with an AC adapter, through a PC USB port, or of course like I did with the use of the RAVPower Bolt.

RAVPower Luster Cube

I have the AC Adapter plugged in on the left but you can see there is also a USB plug for this device too. So pretty much, a lot of charging cords you have at home from a camera, tablet, smartphone, etc can work with this device to charge it.  Another feature that makes this power bank better than others is ….you see that little clear circle in the picture above between the charging ports?  That’s actually an LED flashlight.  If the device is fully charged it says the flashlight can remain lit for up to 250 hours!! That’s another great reason to take this with you when you travel.  Duel purpose, battery life extender and a flashlight in one!

The RAVPower Luster Cube is normally $79.99 but it’s on sale on Amazon right now for only $29.99.  If you’re looking for a travel battery life extender, I would definitely recommend this one.  Both of these electronics chargers worked well for my family and have been getting daily use in the 2 weeks I’ve been testing them.

  1. This looks and sounds really cool. I just love it being a hub for all your devices. I hate searching all over the house for all my cords..

  2. I need to get myself one of these! Especially for when I travel. I’ve found a lot of hotels don’t have enough outlets for all my stuff (and friends stuff if they are sharing a room with me) This should help!
