I love some good asian food so does the rest of my family.  Very rarely do we get to go out to eat alone.  Usually if we go out to eat it’s a bill for 5 of us.  That has to be a once in a while thing because man, my boys can eat.  I’m gonna be in trouble when they’re teenagers. My husband gets these all the time.  He loves the Tai Pei flavors.  He said they are one of the few store bought chinese meals that actually taste like take out to him. We get them in the frozen food section at Walmart.  Just look at the cute little boxes they come in.  This particular flavor is the Bourbon Street Chicken.

My husband works late so he doesn’t get home until late. Sometimes late a night he’s not in the mood for meatloaf  or whatever I might have made for dinner and put in the fridge for him so he’ll heat one of these up.  I had my oldest son try one too.  He seemed to enjoy it as well.

QiPillows are attractive pillows that help support your back in sitting position.  You can use them in the car, at your desk, or wherever you might need some extra support for your back.  They are comfortable and adjustable so you can adjust them to your comfort level. They come in two stylish colors: sage and camel.  You can put them on your couch or your bed and they look great.  Just eyeballing them,  no one would even know they are an orthopedic support pillow.

I received one in the color sage. It comes with a small instruction leaflet so you know how to adjust your pillow.  The cover is a soft micro-suede and it really is soft.  There is a bladder of sorts inside the pillow.  There is an easy to open valve that you blow air into to adjust it to your needs. The cover just zips open to get to this valve.

The instructions say you only need 2 or 3 puffs and you’re not supposed to fill it up the whole way.  Well either my puffs are pathetic or I need more support.  I ended up using about 5 puffs to get it to where I felt it did me any good.  But that’s the beauty of these pillows, you can adjust them for you.

The QiPillow supports your weight for as long as you sit.  It doesn’t collapse with pressure.  It responds to your body with any movement.  In a 3rd party clinical study, QiPillows have been found to help 91% of back pain sufferers which I thought was pretty impressive.

Cheese Thinables from Fiber Gourmet are the makers of the only half-calorie cracker on the market.  I was actually surprised by that.  Fiber Gourmet also makes other products that look and taste like they’re supposed to but with half the calories.

The Cheese Thinable look  just like cheez its or cheez nips and have just as much flavor, just half the calories.  One 1 oz bag of Cheese Thinables from Fiber Gourmet contains about 30 crackers and has only 60 calories per oz.  Where Cheez its has 140 calories for the same serving.  Cheese Thinables also contain 11 grams of fiber which is about 44% of our daily recommeded value.

Don’t the crackers look just like Cheez-its?  I think so. The taste and texture was amazingly similar too. I really enjoyed these crackers, especially since I’m normally a Cheez-it girl myself.  These take some of the guilt away of snacking on my coveted salty snacks.
