Some of you may already know about Wholly Guacamole‘s awesome guacamole dips.  But did you know that they just introduced a salsa line in May?  Wholly Salsa hit shelves in May of this year (2012) with 8 different delicious flavors.

Wholly Salsa is made with ll natural ingredients.  They are free of preservatives and additives, fat free, gluten free, and Kosher certified.

Just look at all that yummy flavorful goodness!  The trouble we had was, where should we start.  My boys and I were eager to dive in.  We decided to try the Classic Mild and the Pineapple first.

I could not get over the flavor in the mild salsa.  It wasn’t spicy to me at all.  My 8 year old said it was a little spicy.  The pineapple salsa was a very interesting flavor.  Kind of reminded me of the similar idea of putting pineapple on a pizza.  It kinda had the pineapple, tomato, salty-like flavor like that.  My hubby about tore through the whole Guacamole & Spicy Pico flavor himself.  My sister stopped over and I offered her some.  She ate just about the whole container of Avocado Verde.  Each one that I tried had so much flavor.  The salsa did not taste like other shelf salsas I’ve tried from the grocery store.  Maybe it’s because each one is a chef inspired recipe.

Some of the other new flavors include Roasted Tomato, Red Pepper Mango, Classic Medium, and Classic Hot.
