Have you ever worn a pair of socks and they just weren’t comfortable? Maybe the seem at the toe was more pronounced and pressed into your toes. Maybe your socks were too thick and made your shoes feel tight. Now imagine one of those scenarios for someone who has health issues in regards to their feet such as poor circulation, diabetes, or feet that are irritated in some other way. Not only would that be uncomfortable but it could actually cause a the person more health issues. Even something like pregnancy with swollen feet, if you wear socks that are too tight from elastic it can make you really uncomfortable.
Wearever offers socks made by Buster Brown that are better than a traditional sock for these conditions. They are made of 100% cotton and are made with no elastics or synthetics.
I received a pair just like the ones pictured above. Initially they seemed thing but seemed to be well made. The socks were a bit big for me, I’m not sure if I received the wrong size or if it’s just the way my feet are. What I like about these is that the material felt soft on my feet. They worked well with my tennis shoes and other shoes and didn’t add bulk to make it feel like my shoes were tighter. There is a seam at the toes but it was minimal and I hardly noticed it when I wore the socks. I would think that would be pretty important for someone with diabetes that has to take extra care to prevent ulcers.
