The night was cool and clear. The stars seemed to shine brighter in the sky than ever before
and the moon was full, hanging low in the sky. It cast a dreamy glow on the ocean waves, making
everything appear otherworldly. She found herself wandering over to the port side of the ship,
where she leaned against the rail, deeply inhaling the calming scent of salty waters. While she
was enjoying the serenity of the evening, Arthur came up beside her. For a moment, their silence
was loud. She didn’t feel like speaking to him, not that she was angry, but she was still trying to
figure him out and his presence clouded her judgment. He was a step ahead of her.
“How do you kill a god?” he asked.
