Not only is tea an enjoyable drink for many, it has several benefits for your body. Did you know that Green Tea has antiviral and antibacterial properties. The polyphenol, catechin, in tea are strong antioxidants. It’s referred to as EGCG. There is research that says cetachins may help prevent cancer along with other ailments.
There is also a correlation between Green Tea and cardio health and blood circulation, maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, improvement in brain function, aid in healthy weight maintenance, maintain good oral health, and gives the immune system a boost.
Drinking tea for health dates back to early Buddhist texts and Chinese medicine as healing herbs.
TEAS’ TEA describes their tea as “premium tea”. They state that their tea is authentically brewed, GMO free, and all natural with natural cane sugar. No artificial flavoring.

I had the opportunity to try 2 of TEAS’ TEA products. Lightly Sweetened Mango Oolong Tea and the Unsweetened Jasmine Green Tea.
I have to admit. I’m not a tea drinker normally. I do enjoy it on occasion. I like cold teas more than hot teas. I first tried the Unsweetened Jasmine Green Tea. The aroma from the bottle when I opened it was a lovely, light, floral-like scent. I poured some in a glass over ice. I’m not used to drinking unsweetened tea but it did have a nice flavor too it. A little perfumish but light. I didn’t mind finishing my glass at all. In my opinion though, if you’re not much a tea drinker I’d try one of the sweetened varieties. If you enjoy your tea this would be a wonderful choice for you. All of my boys wanted to taste as well. They didn’t care for this one.
Looking at the nutrition facts on the label it says it has ZERO calories. I was shocked by that. 180% of vitamin C too.
Next was the Lightly Sweetened Mango Oolong Tea. This one was much more my speed. I don’t care for really sweet tea. This had a refreshing taste. Just a kiss of Mango flavor. The tea was light and not overpowering. The light sweetness made this a very pleasant drink for me. My 7 yr old and toddler liked this one as well. This one only has 40 calories per serving.
