About a month ago, I posted a review for the PMD personal microdermabrasion system. Recently PMD introduced their new skin care line meant to compliment the PMD personal microderm system.
You can see the PMD tool on the left and a PMD Daily Regeneration System starter kit on the right. I tried the Daily Regeneration System for 25 days along with my weekly use of the personal microderm tool.
The PMD Daily Regeneration System includes 3 steps:
1. Advanced Soothing Cleanser — gently cleans to remove dirt and make up without damaging the lipid barrier of the skin. It also actively soothes and reduces redness in skin and irritation.
2. Calming Neuro Neutralizing Toner — balances ph levels in the skin & renews skin cells. It heals damaged skin and reduces redness and irritation. It minimizes pores and improves skins tone and texture.
3. Professional Recovery Moisturizer — moisturizes skin, improves elasticity and firmness, increases cell renewal, and improves the healing and recovery process.
This skin care system is available in two sizes: the starer kit (shown below) and the full size kit. You can also get the products individually if you choose. They are available on Apothica.com and PMD’s website.
The skincare system is meant to be used daily, even when not using the PMD device. On the day you use the PMD device you are supposed to wash your face with the cleanser then dry. You use the personal microderm device then follow with the toner and moisturizer. I really expected the toner to sting after use of the device but it didn’t. Any redness that I experienced after use went away noticably quicker than when I didn’t use the skincare system before.
