Nuvia Cafe – Instant Healthy Coffee review

I’m definitely a coffee drinker. I crave that cup of coffee in the morning and even in the afternoon. The smell is just so inviting.

Nuvia Cafe offers a healthy, instant coffee. Made from 100% Sumatran Arabica coffee. So what makes it healthy? This coffee is infused with extracts of 100% certified organic Ganoderma, African mango seed, and pomegranate. Typically I’m not a fan of instant coffee. I normally prefer a nice brewed pot. Nuvia Cafe was actually pretty good for an instant coffee. It had a smooth flavor. I could definitely smell the coffee scent when I opened the individual packet. Once I added the hot water the scent intensified and smelled like a fresh brewed cup. I wasn’t sure what kind of flavor to expect at first with the pomegranate extra. I was afraid it would have a fruity hint to it but it didn’t. It also seems to have a lower acidity than many coffees I normally drink. Sometimes I carry my normal coffee with me, so to speak, for an hour or so. If a coffee is really acidic, I wind up with heartburn. This one didn’t effect me at all as far as the indegestion or heart burn go.

As for the appetite suppressant aspect of it. It helped a little. My appetite is normally a bit overactive but I could have a cup of this coffee and a granola bar for breakfast and I wouldn’t be hungry until lunch time.
