She doesn’t mention it in the video but another important thing to remember, especially for the summer, is sunscreen. I know most of us know this and we’ve probably already heard it at least a dozen times since the unofficial start of the summer season. Sunscreen is so important though at prevent skin cancer and pre-mature aging.
