I’m sorry, I’m aware that there issues with Giveaway tools right now. There is a message popping up about the domain expiring. The only way I new to contact them, since the site isn’t working, is via twitter, which I did. I’m hoping to have this resolved soon. All of my giveaways are using giveaway tools right now. If you want to enter you can leave a comment on the giveaway post until giveaway tools is up and running again and I’ll do a manual random draw if necessary. I’m hoping this giveaway tools issues will be fixed promptly.
Sorry for the inconvenience and I am working to try to find out when the issue will be fixed. I also went to their facebook page and this is an update 22 minutes prior to me posting:
“UPDATE: We haven’t heard from our domain registrar yet, but we have reports that the domain is beginning to work again for some people.
We’re waiting on our domain registrar 1and1.com to fully restore our domain name. 1and1.com disabled our account without any notice, even though our payment information was up to date. We have been in repeated contact with them today and the support ticket has been escalated as high as possible, but we are waiting to hear from their “transfer department”. Unfortunately they have our domain name in holding, and we cannot activate the domain through any other domain name provider until they restore it. If you’re ever looking for a domain name, we do NOT recommend 1and1.com.
All giveaways, entries, all data is 100% intact. Our servers are functioning fine, 1and1.com is just not pointing the traffic to our servers, but appears to be beginning to point giveawaytools.com to our servers again for some people although we do not have confirmation of that from 1and1.com yet.
We are extremely frustrated with our domain name provider, including how long it is taking them to fix this issue, but we did pick them. We cannot apologize enough.”
