In short my computer would seem to randomly blue screen and shut off. It seemed to happen more when I was using several media like spotify and having a couple windows open. Or playing a game and tying to listen to music.
I’m happy to say, two months later, my computer is still working great. I had chose to do the online chat and let them take over my computer remotely. I hated the thought of possibly having to give up my computer. They were able to fix it and I couldn’t be happier.
I’ve been talking to my husband about the service and he wants me to utilize the option for them to come to the house to help him set up the internet in the basement. See hubby is a gamer. He got himself a flat screen, Xbox 360, and Xbox Live but he wants to run a line to the basement for the TV. So that will be the next project with Geek Squad.
