Teach me how to Brushy, nice!

This video is going viral on the web.  The Oregon Dental Association came up with this cute “Teach Me How To Brushy” video, a spoof on “Teach Me How to Dougie”.  I think it’s super cute.

Hey whatever might encourage kids’ good oral hygiene.

Cease and Desist….Please

First of all, I wanted to say that this post is not sponsored in any way.  I’m definitely a fan of companies that do the right thing or at least treat people the way they should be treated.  There’s news today about a Cease and Desist letter from a Jack Daniel’s attorney that has gone viral . Why?  Because it was extremely polite and they even offered to pay for the changes.  Well here’s the story on yahoo:

I think it’s great to see a company setting an example. While they are exercising their business rights they did it in a polite manner.  I also think it’s great that the author is going to comply but without accepting the money.  I think this could be an example for many businesses.  As the old saying goes “You catch more flies with honey.” I know I’d be more willing to comply if I was asked respectfully.

What are your thoughts?  I say, “Way to Go Jack Daniels!”

Wall2WallStickers.com an easy way to decorate your wall: review and giveaway

Some of you have seen vinyl decor for the walls. Most of it is hard to put up, if you place it and mess it up you may as well forget about it.  Then later on if you need to move it, it’s hard to get off the wall and you can’t reuse it.

Wall2WallStickers.com is different.  They offer vinyl stickers that are reusable, removable, and repositionable.  The best part, they’re just peel and stick.  I had the opportunity to try them out.  I chose the Transportation Removable wall decals.

Transportation Wall Stickers
My three year old just love vehicles.  Cars, trains, motorcycles, what ever.  I thought he’d be thrilled with these.
The stickers could not be easier to apply.  Just peel and stick to a clean, smooth wall.  I have semi-gloss paint in almost all the bedrooms.  I’ve had issues with vinyl products not wanting to stick before but these stuck beautifully without any work.  I decided to rearrange some of them once they were up.  My older boys were able to help and I had to space some apart. Some I stuck and re-stuck three times and they still stuck just fine.  Here are some pics of his room after we finished.
They all laid completely flat.  They’ve been up for 48 hours now and no sign of peeling.
Wall2WallStickers.com doesn’t just offer sticker like these though.  They also offer large peel and stick murals, chalkboards, dry erase boards, and more.  So whatever form of removable wall decal you’re looking for, check out Wall2WallStickers.com first!
You can also find Wall2Wall Stickers on facebook and on twitter @W2Wstickers
Just for fun I thought I’d post a video of my 3 year old’s reaction when he first saw his room. My oldest boys just had to be in the room when my 3 yr old saw his room. They helped put up there stickers.  My boys just can’t stand to keep their shirts on so there is a brief second that you’ll see my oldest without his shirt on.  What is it with boys?

I will definitely be looking at Wall2WallStickers.com for other wall decor needs.  I think the next room I do will by my older boys’ room.  There is also a Transportation border that matches the sticker for my 3 yr old’s room so who knows.
