The belts are adjustable so they can grow with your child. My 8 yr old wears a size 10 husky pants and the belt still has room for him to grow yet. It can be adjusted down a number of sizes too. Both my son and I LOVED the magnetic buckle. So easy fasten but the magnet held firmly. This would be perfect for your little one just starting school so they don’t have to struggle during restroom breaks.

Here is a pic of my 8 yr old son opening his magnetic buckle while wearing it. Very easy to use. He wanted to wear the belt to school the next day. In fact, he wore it three days in a row.

Celtic Woman new album: BELIEVE available now, signed cd and dvd giveaway!

Celtic Woman formed in 2004. The group was the vision of David Downes who had been the music director for Riverdance previously. He wanted the group to combine the appeal of traditional Irish music with modern day production.

The group is made up of talented Irish women. Their music is growing in popularity all over the world. Their concert tours are becoming major events. Their music has sold over 7 million albums and dvds worldwide.

The new album “Believe” became available January 24, 2012. The dvd was filmed at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA. Some of the visual and music effects include a 20 piece orchestra, 7 piece Celtic Woman band, 16 piece Atlanta bag pipe band, 10 piece Aontas choir, 30 member children’s choir, and a world champion Irish dancer formerly a lead performer in Riverdance! Phew, that really sounds like a lot of work went into this album.

I must have listened to a few of the samples at least 5 times today. The music is so beautiful. The women have amazing voices. Truly talented.

Listening to the music and watching the trailer just gave me chills. I love this kind of music. I think that’s why Celtic Woman is so popular. It appeals to so many people. Even if this isn’t necessarily your normal genre of music.

Fuller Brush Co. Original Wood Floor Care review and giveaway

I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing several Fuller Brush Co. products all ready. I’ve been happy with all of them. The Fuller Brush Co. Original Wood Floor Care is no exception.

The Original Wood Floor Care comes in a 20 fl oz. flip top squeeze bottle. Squeeze a little on a 4′ X 4′ area at a time and mop over it with a damp map. That’s it. This one has a different scent and it’s very subtle. To me it’s a combination of lemon and soap smell.

The Original Wood Floor Care is meant for sealed wood floors and laminate flooring. I have hard wood floors in both my dining room and foyer. My house is old, like nearly 100 years old. Our hard wood floors need refinished but it’s one of those “it’s in a long list of things that need improved” in the house. I went ahead and tried this product on my floors anyway. I think it did a good job.

Jockey Tech Terry Performance Sports Bra and Purex Crystals: a great team

So you made your new year’s resolution this year. Maybe you wanna get in shape, perhaps lose a few pounds, maybe add some new pieces of clothing to your workout gear. I’ve got some products to tell you about that will help you out.

Jockey’s Tech Terry Performance Sports Bras are now available.

Jockey Tech Terry Performance Sports Bras are moisture-wicking, in other words, they help keep you cool and dry. The bra also offer a convenient key pocket for your jog around town. There’s a reflective logo on the back of the bra. Breathable mesh panels placed around the bra. Also has a soft bottom band for comfort.

So what does this have to do with Purex Complete Crystals? Well, did you know that you shouldn’t use a liquid fabric softener on your moisture wicking clothing? That’s because liquid softeners contain softening oils which prevent moisture wicking fabrics from working right. Purex Complete Crystals don’t use oils so they can be used on all fabric types.

I decided to test it out with my new Jockey Tech Terry Performance Bra. I already know that I love Purex Complete Crystals, but how would it work on the bra? I threw the crystals in with the bra. The Tropical Splash scent of the Purex Complete Crystals (in the yellow bottle) is so lovely. The Jockey bra I received was black.

You throw the crystals directly in the wash with your laundry. Works the same for both top loading and front loading.

The Crystals worked great on my bra and the rest of my clothes. My clothes, including the bra, were left smelling great for several days after.

Just a word about the bra though. The band on the bottom is very comfortable once it’s on. I had an issue getting it on though. The band doesn’t seem to stretch very much. Especially compared to other sports bras I’ve worn.
