BHCosmetics offers affordable color palettes in a variety of collections and shades.  This is a warm tropical color palette described as having: “breezy blues, sea glass greens,sand dune taupes, ocean splashed grays” and pinks and purples  This is a fun palette.  There are some shimmery colors included in the palette too.  They provided me a stock photo of the palette but do be honest I think the picture I snapped better captured the warmth and vibrance of the colors included in this palette.

 Doesn’t this palette just inspire you? I’m a bit of a make up junkie.  I love to experiment with new colors and different color combinations.  It was like a make up candy store for me.  I went to the website to see how much this exciting palette of color goes for.  Right now it’s on sale for $14.36 (normally $19.95).  Wow that price make it very affordable  This would be a great present for the girly girl, make up junkie, or beauty queen in your life.  For that price you could afford to get one for a couple of the ladies on your list this year.

I Gave the palette a try.  I had so much fun trying colors.  Here is one of the looks I did.  I always have a hard time getting just the right pic when it comes to focusing in on my make up.  I used two different purple shades on the lid and a neutral taupe on my brow bones.

I’ll be honest, for the price of the palette I really expected to have to layer and layer color to get the look I wanted. I want my make up to be noticeable but not overdone.  With just a one sweep of the shimmery plum purple I got the lid look.  I took a more matte lavender color and applied it to the corners of my eye lids and the crease.  The taupe on the brow bones.

BHCosmetics has other color palettes for eyeshadows, lips, blushes, as well as make up brush sets, primers, and other beauty tools.  Looking over the site, everything is budget friendly.
