Vizardz Light Box review/giveaway Great Mother’s Day gift idea

Vizardz applies advanced 3D technology to what, until now, had been a 2D medium.  That is our pictures.  Vizardz turns our cherished pictures into 3D sculptures and what they are calling 2.5 D pictures.

Vizardz offers this technology for your pictures in the form of the Lightboxes, Nightlights, Ornaments, and 3D sculptures.

Vizardz 2.5 D ornament

The process of ordering one of these amazing keepsakes is easy.  Choose the product you want, upload your picture, then place your order.  They do the work for you.  Another cool thing, for the light boxes and night lights, if you ever want to change the picture you can.  Simple order a new insert.  They’re really easy to change out.

Vizardz Light Box

You can see from the picture above of the light box, when you first get the lightbox the picture area rally just looks like a bumpy porcelain surface.  Then you plug it in and turn it on.  It’s amazing how the colors and details show through.
Vizardz Night light

The night light would be great for the person who has everything or for those that don’t have a lot of tabletop real estate.

I chose to review the Vizardz Light Box.  I think it looks really amazing and is well made.  It came packaged with lots of care so that the porcelain insert inside didn’t chip or break.  I’ve received a few compliments on it already.
I tried to take a picture of mine myself.  My lighting in my house isn’t the best and when I use a flash it kind of negates the picture but here it is.
This is what it looks like before it’s turned on

This is with the light box turned on
Now, as I said, the picture actually looks much better than this.  When I use a flash it negates the picture.  I’m very happy with the way it turned out.  This is definitely something to keep up and away from little hands.
The insert is very fragile and seems to be made of porcelain or ceramic.  I can only imagine it could chip easily.
Here’s a short YouTube video that shows you how easy it is to change out the pictures.

Shielo Visage Complexion Moisturizer review

Shielo beauty products are cruelty free, sustainable, made in the USA,  vegan, and natural based. They’re philosophy, “To create products with integrity and ensure the we preserve the future well being of our environment.”  Shielo is against animal cruelty and uses post consumer recycled and recyclable packaging.

I think that first paragraph really says a lot about this company.  I had the opportunity to try one of their products.  The Shielo Visage Complexion Moisturizer. It comes in a 2 oz container.  To look at the packaging it doesn’t look like much but knowing what goes into it, means a whole lot more.  Or perhaps I should say what doesn’t go into it.

This product states to have anti-aging benefits. The ph helps blotchy skin and moisturizes without blocking pores.  It contains antioxidants and bioflavanoids.  This product really doesn’t have much of a scent.  Perhaps a very light baby powder like scent but it is barely noticable.  The cream itself is white and a thicker cream. I turned the container upside down and the cream really didn’t move much.

This cream worked very well as a moisturizer.  It left my skin feeling dewey and soft for hours after applying.  I would definitely recommend this moisturizer  Right now on on Shielo.com you can get the Shielo Visage Complexion Moisturizer for 50% off.

Scott’s Liquid Gold Clean Screen review

Scott’s Liquid Gold Clean Screen is meant to help you safely clean your electronics.  It comes in a generous 6.5 oz spray bottle and includes a microfiber cleaning cloth.  This can be used to clean your flat screen TVs, computer monitors, digital cameras, GPSs, cell phones, and more safely without the use of alcohol or ammonia.

The directions tell you to turn off the device your cleaning.  Spray the cleaning spray directly onto the provided microfiber cloth and then clean your device.  It says to use 1 spray for small screens and 2-4 sprays for larger screens.

The spray is formulated with what they call “reverse osmosis” solution which they explain to be a state of the art water treatment technology.  It supposed to remove mineral deposits and impurities smaller than water molecules themselves.

I first tried this cleaning solution on my computer monitor which is about 19 inches.   I used two sprays on the cloth.  It removed some of the grunge on my screen but not all of it.  I sprayed more into the cloth and wiped again.  Some of the spots were still left behind.  It took me about 10 sprays until I could get my screen completely clean.  Some of the spots I really had to scrub at.  I then tried it on my smart phone.  It worked fairly well on my smart phone with only 1 spray.  My smart phone was not nearly as dirty as my computer screen (for some reason).

Then the big chore. Our 50 inch flat screen tv.  I had to use quite a bit of this product to get the tv screen clean.  I have a toddler who likes to touch the bottom of the screen from time to time so there are normally a few toddler finger prints and hand prints on the screen at any given time. With some elbow grease and about 20 sprays of the product I was finally able to get my TV screen clean.

Did the product work?  Yes eventually I was able to clean the my devices but with much more of the product than the directions indicate.  If I’m going to be perfectly honest, I’ve used more effective products before for this type of cleaning job.  However, if you are looking for a product with the benefits of not using alcohol or ammonia then this will do work if you don’t mind using a little more.
