Over the years I’ve heard about how aloe is good for your skin. I’ve heard everything from aloe to help soothe sunburns to being used to help reduce the signs of aging. Whatever you use aloe products for, there’s one thing for sure, aloe is used in many health and beauty products.

Aloe Vera deeply moisturizes skin. It’s ph balanced so you can use it on your face or anywhere else on your body. It’s great for healing the skin from sun exposure. For added relief, keep it in the refrigerator for a “cooling effect” on burned skin.
I remember as a kid my mom had an aloe plant in the bathroom for a while. If someone would get a burn on their finger or something along those lines she’s break a piece of the aloe plant off and rub the aloe vera juice on the burn area.
