I receive the 24 piece professional make up brush set from Ellore Femme. The set describes it as 24 make up brushes made with Perian, horse, and synthetic fibers. It says it comes in a leather case. It’s surprisingly portable for the amount of brushes involved. I’m not a professional make up artist but for someone like me this has just about any kind of make up brush in it you might need at home. A large fan brush for body powder or body glitter, lip liner brush, eye brow brush/comb, angle shadow brush and so many more.
The case that it comes in rolls up easily and ties with conveniently attached ties. It says the case is leather, to me it feels more like vinyl. Whatever the actual material is it works well. When it’s rolled and tied this set could easily fit into a tote bag, gym bag, or suitcase. The portability of this set ensures you can do your make up the way you want on a business trip or on vacation. I did a short YouTube video so you can see how the set rolls up and see some of the brushes.
The brushes are soft. Using the brushes did not irritate my skin and glided smoothly on my skin. I’ve used other brushes in the past that actually felt abrasive on my skin, the Ellore Femme brushes actually felt good on my skin.
I used the shadow sponge dampened and applied a light sliver/blue eye shadow over my lid and under my eyes to highlight. I had won a Milani eye shadow stick in the color “Aquatic Style” that i just had to try today. I applied that shadow stick around my eye like an eyeliner and a little extra on the lower lid. I applied a BB cream to my whole face, then applied blush (as pictured above). I then applied a bronzer with the foundation brush and topped it all off with a mineral veil to help lock in the look.
I’m happy with how the brushes allowed me to blend and evenly apply my make up.
