I wanted to first stop off by saying that I don’t smoke but my husband does. He’s been making an honest effort to quit but usually ends up getting back into the habit. Though I can say he has cut down on his smoking since we’ve been together and he does not smoke in our house.

Being that it still contains nicotine and tobacco it’s still not “good for you” and not sure if it would help in quitting smoking but at least it would cut out some of the negative things about it if you are someone that is having a hard time quitting. I do encourage you to look into smoking cessation classes or programs in your area if you want to try to quit. Also talking to your doctor would help. They would have knowledge of ways you might be able to quite too.
