There are so many clever folks out there coming up with awesome ideas for businesses.  Apps for smartphones is a hot market but standing out in a market like that can be hard unless you offer a unique service and make it affordable.  My Photo Framer app does just that.

My Photo Framer is a free app available on for Android on Google Play and is available in the Apple app store.  So what does it do? You know all those picture you’re taking on your smartphone?  Maybe you have one or a few special ones you’d love to get framed and have hanging on your wall.  Well, that’s what they do.  After you download the app, simply choose which picture you’d like to have framed, choose horizontal or vertical framing, then choose the color of your frame.  The cost is very reasonable for this great service.  Only $24.50 for a 5 x 7 frame and $29.50 for a 8 x 10 frame and has FREE shipping. If you’re wondering what it looks like, here’s how mine turned out.

I tried to show the picture on my phone and how it turned out.  I thought it turned out great and now the picture that the nurse snapped for us on my husbands iPhone from the recent birth of our daughter can be displayed in our house.

The picture fame itself is is non-toxic and eco-friendly.  They are finished with all natural water-based stains. Each one has an easel back for putting on your desk, end table, etc and hooks so they can be hung on your wall.

I first attempted to use it on my iPhone 4s.  The app downloaded fine on my phone but kept closing out when I went to type in my billing/shipping info. I contacted them and they worked with me to try to help me figure out the problem.  I had accidently put my phone through the washer about 2 months ago and I have had issues here and there since even after getting it fixed.  When I tried it on my husband’s iPhone 4s the app worked like a charm so the issue had to be with my phone and not the app itself.

  23. I have a picture of a wild baby burro that we helped reunite with the herd. The baby some how got stuck on the other side of the fence. So we cut the fence and guided him/her through! They were very happy! And we were thrilled to have been able to help 🙂
