Here I am at 37 weeks and 6 days.  Starting to get kind of antsy because none of my kids ever made it to their due date.  My first 2 were born at 38 weeks and my 3rd at 38.5 weeks.  I’ve had a few days with contractions.  The one day I went to the hospital.  I was 36 weeks.  They gave me a shot to stop the contractions because it was too early.  Turned out I had a UTI that started contractions so they treated me for that.  Friday I had some more but they told me when it happens just to drink lots of fluids and lay down for a while.  That proved to work that day.

I’m getting excited and ready to meet our daughter.  It’s our first and only girl so even though she’s our 4th it’s  like a new experience for us.  We have everything pretty much ready to go here except a couple small odds and ends things.  I’m still working at the hospital, I mean, if I go into labor that’s where I want to be anyway. I’m anxious to start maternity leave

I guess another reason for me writing this post is, if in the next week or so you don’t see me on here for a few days, you’ll know why.  When that happens, I’ll post pics and stuff as soon as possible.  Thanks for letting me share and I appreciate you all stopping by!
