If you were to create a a health challenge, what do you think yours would be?  I think I’d love to create a blogger health challenge.  Maybe for anyone that wanted to join to pledge to exercise at least 3 X a week for 30 minutes and eat healthier.  We could visit each other’s blogs and comment with words of encouragement.  Have a group in CafeWell so we could celebrate each others progress, swap healthy recipe and snack ideas, etc.
