**I had received bottles of Torani Syrup for review purposes.  No other compensation had been received**

I’ve had this recipe for years. I got it years ago in my French class. It’s certainly not a recipe I created but I just did the substituting. The recipe calls for a flavored liqueur but at the time i didn’t have a flavored liqueur in the house so I substituted Torani flavored syrup and it turned out great.

8 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate

2 squares (1oz each) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tbs. butter cut into small pieces
1/4 c. flavored Torani Syrup of your choice (org recipe calls for a flavored liqueur)
1 c green, red, or mixed sprinkles or jimmies.

Cut chocolate squares into small pieces.  In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream

and butter to a boil, stirring occasionally.  Remove from heat.

Stir in Torani Syrup until smooth.  Transfer to a bowl.  Cover and chill until firm (about 3 hrs).

Place red, green, mixed sprinkles/jimmies on separate plates.  Drop teaspoonfuls of chocolate mi

xture into the jimmies/sprinkles then roll into ball form.

Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.  Chill 1 hour.  Stir in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Make 3 dozen.
