I stumbled on the facebook site Karing for Keegan Fundraiser. I had read a post about and seen the buttons for little Keegan. Karing for Keegan had an auction for little Keegan. I looked around and saw a blog package sponsored by The Blog Cafe.  It sounded like a really great package.  The fact that the money went to such a worthy cause really appealed to me.  I’ve been wanting my blog designed for a while but for one reason or another I hadn’t done it yet.  I put in a bid, hoping I’d win.  It was the last day and the last hour of the auction when I put my bid in  I thought for sure that someone would swoop in and put in a bid in the last few seconds.
No one did and I won!  Woohoo.

I can’t wait.  I’ve been emailing with Jennifer of The Blog Cafe trying to figure out exactly what I want, what I like, etc.  She said we will officially start the process on Monday!  I’m so excited.  So this boring ole’ look is going to get a sprucing up.

I want it to look more inviting but still be easy to read and find the important things for you all.  I’m not sure at this point if there will be a period of time that my blog is down or not.  I’m really not sure how that works yet. So I’ll let you know as soon as I do.
