I’ll be honest, I’ve never tried any type of massaging insoles in my life. In fact, I’ve never used any insoles other than what was already in the shoes I bought. I have very sensitive feet.

Funny story: When I got my first pedicure (and only 1 of 2 pedicures in my life) I could barely stand for the nail technician to touch my feet.  When he starting using the pumice stone on the sides of my feet I almost kicked him in the head.  Not on purpose, but a reaction.  The technician looked at me and said “careful”.

When I first pulled them out of the packet they looked like a normal flat insole.  I thought “how are these massaging insoles?”   I put them into my shoes.  The insoles can be trimmed to fit several sizes.  I found them easy to trim to the right size for me.  I put my feet in and tied my shoes.  I walked around my house at first.  Then I noticed the sort of rolling under my feet.  It wasn’t ticklish or annoying like I was worried it might be with my super sensitive feet.  This actually felt….good.  But the real test would be to wear them to work.

I work in a hospital as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.  I’m all my feet all day doing manual labor.  Walking with patients, helping to transfer patients, etc.  I found my self rocking back and forth on my feet just to increase the really cool feeling of the rolling massage feeling when I was standing still.  It’s not necessary to do that.  It does it automatically when you walk.
